Practice

Leon enters the court yard with his 3 swords, one black & one white katana & a black claymore. He also has a gold bow in it's quiver. He takes off the quiver & the sheath holding the claymore & lays them on the ground, he also removes his tunic - revealing his toned & muscled abdomen - so it won't be covered in sweat. He draws his katanas - black in right hand & white in left - then starts swinging them around.

Katherine walks into the courtyard, thinking that no one would be there to see her dance for her deceased father. Then she sees Leon and stops walking any farther. She clears her throat. "Good sir, is it proper to not wear a tunic in a public area?" she asked as she put down her bow and case of arrows that she, thankfully brought with her, onto the ground.

"I don't care about what's proper & what's not, my lady!" he says sheathing his blades in one apt movement. He spots the bow, "You use a bow? Are you any good?" he asks intrigued by this lady with a bow.

"My father trained me and during our sessions, he told me that I was a world class archer," she answers, nodding her head to him in a small bow and then looking him in the eyes. "Are you skilled any with archery as well?"

"Yes, I am skilled in all arts of combat, my lady." he says picking up the bow. "This is one of the best & most powerful bows my country has ever made. You can try it out if you wish." he holds the bow out to her.

She walks up to him and takes the bow studying it, but soon gets distracted by him without his tunic. "Would you mind putting your tunic back on, good sir? It is very disruptive to my eyes to see a man with no clothes on."

"Do you like what you see?" he laughs, "I may keep it off if you like it." he picks the tunic up.

Katherine glares at him and then turns her back to him. "I may just take your bow if you keep that up, good sir," she says it almost as if she meant it, but also a bit sarcastically.

Walking into the Courtyard seeing both The young Lady and they young Prince and seeing that he is skilled in combat "Young Prince I see that you carry quite a few swords with you,you seem to be skilled?"

Katherine looks at Helios and smiles kindly. "Hello there, sir. What brings you out here to the courtyard?"

"It is time for my Practice Session but i see no other knights around"

"You can take it if you want, but I'd rather give you the white one in my room." he says, putting his tunic on. "I'm sorry if I offended you. I was always told that women take showing skin seriously." he gains a distant look & his eyes hold great happiness & pain. "Yes, I'm skilled, I have been trained in all matters of combat since I could walk." he replies to the newcomer's question.

"Care to test your metal young Prince?"

Katherine looks at both of the men and smirks, getting an idea. "Why don't you both try out your archery skills against me?"

"Sure, archery sounds good!" he says, "Are you game Sir Helios?"

"Fighting from far isnt figting at all" He says with a grimice

She continues to smirk. "Then you are not a man of many talents like this good sir over here then?"

"I pride Myself with my intelligence and Wit Archry is my least used skill but i still have it"

"Will you test your skill of archery against mine then?"

He sighed "Ok young Lady i shall test it"

She smiles. "Oh, and you may just call me Kate."

"Now then shall we start?" he asks "& how shall we test it?

"By shooting at an apple 50 yards away."

"Ladies first Ms.Kate"

"Just Kate and one of you will have to have the apple on top of your head," she says as she plucks an apple from a nearby tree.

As if he wasnt hurt enough he took the apple anad walked fifty yards

She laid down Leon's bow and picked up her own along with an arrow and stood across from Helios. "Are you ready?" she shouted.

"As ready as ill ever be"

Princess Lilli walked to the courtyard. She wandered out her occasionally. She saw the three of them and decided to join them but then she realized they were going to shoot apples off of each others head. She had to intervene. She hurried to them. "What are you doing?" She asked a bit fast from fear of someone being hurt.

He looks at The Princess "It is a challange My Lady I promise ill be fine"

"Ms.Lilli I shant be hurt worry not about me"

"If I take his eye Princess you can take both of mine!" he says sincerely.

He Glares at the Prince

If anyone gets hurt, the person firing the arrow will be put in the dungeons. She said seriously. She did not like the idea of this game.

"Ms.Lilli Just one shot please My Lady"

He nods "If i get hurt then i indeed will take the Blame"

"I'll take your place Helios!" Leon sighs, "Can't have the Princess' champion getting hurt no can we?"

"Do you know that i am going to get hurt"?

"There is nothing to fear, your highness," Katherine reassured the Princess. "I shall not harm a hair on Sir Helios' head." With that said, she took aim and fired her arrow which went through the center of the apple and onto the ground.

He stood still as the apple fell "See My Lady im not hurt"

She had thought her heart was going to stop waiting for the arrow to take its mark. As it hit the apple she let out the breath she was holding. Can you teach me to fire an arrow?

He hears that and moves closer to them "Umm did i hear you correct My Lady"

"Damn!" he says, "You are good!" he smiles. "Very good!"

"I would be honored to teach you, Princess, but it will take hard work," Katherine said and then smiled. "And don't worry, I won't start you out with the apple."

She smiled. What else have I to do during the day?

He looks at her and then looks away "I shall watch"
